This project was the famous TV show Anthony Bourdain : No Reservations for the Discovery Channel.
It was produced for our clients Zero Point Zero productions from New York. Anthony Bourdain was the host of the programme and we traveled off the beaten track and shot extensively through Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Sand dunes in Sam, Kolkatta, Sunderbans in West Bengal and in Mumbai to feature Bollywood and street food. This was not a food show, it was about people, cultures, and places through the eyes of New York’s best chef, food critic and publisher, Anthony Bourdain.
